A statement
Opening Spring 2026, in the Gaslamp Quarter of San Diego, inside The Granger Hotel:
Adam Rolston · INC Architecture & Design
A sequence of rooms rather than a single open floor — a parlor, a library, a dining room, a tasting lounge — drawn from the logic of a home rather than a store. Roman clay walls. Cerused oak parquet, laid in basket-weave. Amber, bottle-colored stained glass. A coffered ceiling of botanicals native to Southern California. At the center, an iridescent copper-toned vault.

The plan unfolds as a sequence of rooms rather than a single open floor — drawing more from the logic of a home than a store. An atmosphere that feels made rather than finished.
The shop itself becomes a kind of host.

IV.
At the center of the plan, the tempo changes.
The palette deepens into richer greens. Above, a sculptural copper-toned vault catches and refracts light. By day, a tasting room. By evening, an intimate venue for dinners, allocation tastings, and brand activations.
